HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

You will receive a custom quote for your home or office based on your needs and wants, frequency, and any special conditions.  We do not have a standard price or rate because every home is different, and many homeowners choose to customize services like changing sheets, or rotating basements or other rooms every other cleaning.  We can assure you, however, that our prices are extremely fair and competitive.  We encourage you to get multiple quotes and from other companies who are willing to come meet with you in your home and guarantee their quality of work.

WHO WILL BE CLEANING MY HOME?

We try by every means possible to provide you with the same cleaner each time.  This is for your sake to get to know who will be in your home so you feel comfortable.  This is preferable for us as well because the same cleaner can get a rhythm down at a particular home as she learns the house, where things are located, the best order in which to do things, etc..  This is not always possible and substitutions are sometimes necessary.  We will certainly communicate this with you and give you the option of rescheduling with your regular cleaner or allowing someone to fill in.  However, the consistency of the quality of work will remain the same.  We are a small company with a small crew so you may get familiar with a few of us over time.

HOW DO YOU GET IN MY HOUSE IF I'M NOT THERE?

This is completely up to you.  Some folks leave a back or side door open.  Some provide us a key.  Some provide us a garage code.  Some make arrangements to be home.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

Payment is due at time of service.  Most people leave a check on cleaning day.  If you want to leave cash in an envelope or pay by credit card that is fine too.  Also if you require an invoice we are happy to email one.

WHAT KIND OF CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We are a professional cleaning company and provide all cleaning products and tools necessary.  However, if you have a specific need or preference you are welcome to provide the appropriate product.  Most homeowners prefer we use their vacuum instead of ours for sanitary reasons, but once again we have everything necessary.  We use appropriate products for the task at hand.  Sometimes it is necessary to use stronger chemicals for rust and other stains and build up, but we will be happy to use any product you request.  If you have natural or green requests, that's fine too.  Just let us know or provide them.
